Voice of America has long been a source of English around the world since 1942. They now have a Youtube channel for English Language Learners. It is an excellent place to go to practice your listening. The vocabulary is rich and the speed is one-third slower than their English broadcast so it is easy to understand. They also have the transcript running during their broadcast.
